Why is it good to avoid dairy and lactose in general? Infants and children produce enzymes that break down the lactose found in breast milk and cow’s milk, but as we age, many of us lose this ability. Lactose intolerance is common, as it affects the largest portion of the population. A vegan diet and a vegan product improve the environment and our future.

What is Chufa?
Chufa, also called “land almond”, is a perennial plant of the sage family that looks like a small green bush. The taste and aroma of chufa is reminiscent of almond.
